FAQ

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the original lifestyle medicine — a tradition thousands of years old, built on a simple truth: most of the imbalances we carry, mentally, physically, and emotionally, can be brought back into balance through the way we live. Ayurveda offers a roadmap for that — practical, individualized guidance for how you eat, move, rest, and structure your days in a way that supports your unique constitution.

How does meditation help the body and mind?

Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind. It’s a practice of creating space — between you and the noise, you and the reaction, you and the racing thoughts. Over time, that space helps regulate the nervous system, ease stress, and build more clarity and presence in daily life. It’s less about reaching stillness and more about changing your relationship to what’s already there.

What does an energetic attunement session look like?

Every session is different — and even for the same person, no two sessions are ever alike. You’ll likely notice scent first — palo santo, copal, something earthy — then the low rhythm of the drum, the textures of the space around you. From there, the work weaves through whatever you need in that moment: past life regression, timeline healing, clearing, or limiting belief work. There’s no fixed format, because the work isn’t about following a script. It’s about following what’s present.

What is integration, and why does it matter?

Integration is what happens after a session — the quiet work of letting what surfaced actually
settle into who you are. It’s just as important as the session itself. Without it, the awareness or release that came up can stay disconnected from daily life, sometimes leaving you feeling unsettled or confused rather than clear.

A few simple ways to support integration:

— Spend time in nature — the smell of earth or salt air, the sound of wind or water
— Take a long, decompressing bath — warm water, a textured towel, maybe a candle
— Journal, even just a few lines, somewhere quiet
— Make a cup of tea and drink it slowly, paying attention to taste and warmth
— Spend quiet time alone, or with someone you trust

There’s no one right way to do it. What matters is giving yourself the time and space to let the work settle in.
